Co-Founder and Director of L.M.C.T Accounts Courtney has been within the Automotive Industry for 20 years. Starting out during her high school years, Courtney undertook work experience at Seymour Toyota and enjoyed the Industry so much she has never left.

In the years to follow Courtney advanced her skills within the Industry whilst working for a range of both New and Used Car Dealers.
Courtney began bookkeeping for various Dealers in her spare time and became well known throughout the Industry for her skills and knowledge within the Automotive Industry and led to the establishment of LMCT Accounts.
ACCOUNTS/OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kathryn started working in the Automotive industry in 1997 at Carlin Motor Auctions. During her time there she was involved in all facets of the Administration function such as – Debtors/Creditors control, Vic Roads, Vehicle payouts, Bank Reconciliation, Stock Control, Corporate Reporting and management of junior staff.

Kathryn gained years experience at various Dealerships including; BMW Melbourne, John Blair Honda and Bayford Group.
​
Kathryn joined the team at LMCT Accounts with a wealth of knowledge in the automotive industry, and has a passion for working in small business.

​As the Founder and Managing Director of LMCT Accounts, Courtney is a powerhouse in the automotive industry with over 20 years of experience.
Starting out during her high school years, Courtney undertook work experience at Seymour Toyota and enjoyed the Industry so much she never left.​
Her entrepreneurial spirit sparked when she began offering bookkeeping services to dealers in her spare time and quickly earned a reputation for her deep industry knowledge and precision.
Today, Courtney is a respected leader in the industry, sitting on several prestigious boards, including the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce (VACC) and VicRoads. She’s also in the final year of her Accounting degree, constantly striving to stay ahead of the curve.
